General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: ND City: Minot Delineated Area: North - 4th Ave. NW and 5th Ave. NW East - 28th St. SE South - 54th Ave. SW West - 30th St. SW and 30th St. NW Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,894 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,189 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: • Space shall be located on the first floor and be contiguous. • Zoned commercial and/or retail space only. • Space shall not be located in industrial or residential zoned locations or near tenants, buildings, or environments that create odors or noises (cleaners, liquor stores, beauty salons, bingo parlors, drug treatments, detention facilities, eating establishments). • Public transportation within 2 blocks and restaurants/shopping within 1 mile of the space offered. • Unreserved parking required for 2 vehicles. • Handicapped accessible parking required immediately in front of the building. • Space offered shall be located within 2 city blocks from a primary or secondary street and shall be direct without obscure or difficult access. • Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2012 • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
