- FA4528-12-R-0001 The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the Installation of MAF & LF Power Panels at Minot AFB, ND. The work is 100% Electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Performance Period is for 3 years (1096 days). Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. This work is in a restricted area. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one-year Warranty of construction will be applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 (Electrical power control panel and Electronic control system installation); The Business Size Standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. Work on this contract consists of Installation of Power Panels. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available without charge only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to keep updated. This project will be solicited as a total Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" process. The solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 23 January 2012 with an anticipated closing date on or about 23 February 2012. Notice to Offerors: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
