- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside only. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is categorized under NAICS: 339112. This requirement is for a Narda RF Meter. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North has a requirement to purchase: QuantityPart NumberDescription Qty of 1Part #2400/101NBM-550 RF Meter, supplied with data transfer software (NBM-TS), cables, carrying case, charger and manual. Qty of 1Part #2402/05HF 3061, H-field probe, covering 300kHz to 30MHz and levels between 0.017 to 16A/m. Qty of 1Part #2402/11EF 5092 E-field probe, covering 300MHz to 50GHz and levels between 0.05 and 500mW/cm2. Shipping shall be FOB destination and seller is responsible for shipping costs to the consolidation point and shall be included in your quote.
