- The purpose of this modification is to post questions and answers to the original solicitation #P12PS22092. The following questions submitted in response to the soliicitation and their respective answers are provided: 1.Do you know how many people were interviewed for the original film? This will help us in determining the amount of time needed for reviewing the transcripts and video footage. Answer: The finished film is an hour in length. There are 63 tapes of raw footage of an hour each which were used to make the final film. None of the "talking head footage" (interviews) will be used, 26 of the tapes are of interviews. 2. Do you require 5.1 surround sound for the film? Answer: No All other terms and conditions remain the same.
