- Solicitation Number W81XWH-12-T-0069 will be issued on or about 9 December 2011 and proposals will be due on or about 9 January 2012 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Government's requirement is for Non Personal Services for Technical Management and Support of Human Research Protocols to investigate the effects of sleep lost, recovery sleep, and pharmaceutical interventions on cognitive psychomotor performance for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690 this will be unrestricted procurement for a base award and four option years. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 9 December 2011 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov.
