- The US Army Contracting Command - Redstone is issuing this draft request for Proposals (RFP) for the future procurement of Information Management (IM) Support Services for The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) CIO/G-6. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information to improve the content, clarity, correctness, and completeness of the draft RFP. This is a special notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. The draft solicitation has been prepared utilizing the policies and procedures prescribed in Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Responders should carefully review the contents of the draft in its entirety. The draft RFP is attached to this special notice and the RFP attachments are hyperlinked in Section J. Vendors are requested to provide any questions, comments, and recommendations on this draft solicitation to the contact persons identified below via email only. Please include the Federal Business Opportunities Special Notice number in the subject line of the email. All responses must be received by the date noted in the draft RFP. Responses to the draft solicitation will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this solicitation. Submissions shall be emailed to Mr. Chad E. Kuipers, Contracting Officer at chad.kuipers@us.army.mil or Mr. Fred H. Robinson at fred.h.robinson@us.army.mil. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
