- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey (NAWCADLKE) intends to issue a sole source contract with Primagraphics Ltd dba Curtiss-Wright Controls of Letchworth, GBR as per the authority of 10 USC 2304 (b)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The purpose of the proposed contract is to procure Eagle 2 Display Card Sets over a 5-year, Fixed Price, IDIQ type contract. With a minimum first order of 15 units and a maximum of 75 units over the life of the contract. All units are due within 14 weeks after issuance of a delivery order. FOB Destination will be Saint Inigoes, MD 20684. This support equipment are specifically designed and developed to support the AN/TPX-42A(V)14 Shipboard Air Traffic Control system. The Government does not own the drawing data rights for the for the subject equipment. Primagraphics Ltd dba Curtiss-Wright Controls is the sole designer and manufacture of the subject support equipment and is the only known firm which possesses the knowledge, experience, and technical expertise necessary to fulfill the Navy's requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
