- Proposals packages shall include Brand name, Manufacturer, specification data sheets, manufacturer's brochure, equipment capabilities, current and/or intended use of all equipment proposed that is "or equal". Proposal packages shall also include drawing(s) of the layout of the proposed trailer and a summary statement to include pictures of previous similar type projects that the company has completed. Failure to submit the above information will deem your proposal package as non-responsive and it will be eliminated from award evaluation.
