- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. NUWCDIV Newport has issued a solicitation for a 3-year IDIQ contract wiht Fixed Price task orders for the following: 500 ea. Inspection and/or Refurbishment of Air Flasks; 5 ea. First Article tesitn of manufactured Air Flasks; and 300 each Production, Testing, and Fabrication of Air Flasks. Drawings will not be exibited on our website due to restricted drawing distribution statements. To receive a copy, firms must be certified under the Joint Certification Program (JCP) managed for Defense Logistics Information Service, Battle Creek, MI as evidenced by a JCP Certification in the Business Identification Number Cross reference System (BINCS).
