- BSM PR 0043110281. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-00-150-2710, Door, Access, Aircraft IAW Boeing Helicopter (CAGE 77272) part number 114S2915-72. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection and Acceptance is required. Requested TOTAL delivery is 255 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources applies. First Article - Contractor applies. Government Fit Testing applies. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. An electronic mylar is required for the manufacture of this item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 19, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 18, 2012.
