- The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to BIG BANG, LLC due to continuation or prior work. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because the the application is used to put the Army Gold Master image on computers without having to modify the base image for different models to support the unique drivers.
