The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 12 each up to 60 each maximum of a Heat Interchanger, R, NSN: 4130-01-597-1300, Part Number: 70A145-3 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 12 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX, 75507-5000. PRON: AX2F0114AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 12 each up to 60 each maximum of a Cooler Unit, Air, NSN: 4130-01-597-1317, Part Number: 70A143-2 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 12 each, 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX, 75507-5000. These items are restricted to Enviro Systems Inc., Cage Code 0B9E8. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
