- Description
- Deposit Removal (Pierce Creek): Remove and properly dispose of deposits from Tropical Storm Lee at Pierce Creek. Restore Channel to as-built lines and grades within project limits. Work shall be done during low flow conditions, with use of a turbidity barrier, as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Replace Rock Protection (Pierce Creek): Replace 350 feet of toe rock immediately upstream of Concrete Invert on right bank of upper project to repair damage from Tropical Storm Lee. Use of geotextile fabric below rock protection is required to prevent bank erosion. Deposit Removal (Dudley Creek): Remove gravel deposits below the Fire House on Dudley Creek and restore channel to as built lines and grades. Remove and properly dispose of excavated material. Remove deposits near the confluence of Dudley Creek and the Tioughnioga River. Restore channel to as built lines and grades.
