- Attachment 02 - Bill of Materials Excel Spreadsheet Attachment 01 - Past Performance Questionair Solicitation RFP This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an All Terrain Heavy Duty Mobile Crane. 1. Please READ IMMEDIATELY as the deadline for questions is Friday December 9, 2011 at 11:00 pm EST. The RFP will be amended at a later date to include all answers to all questions submitted by the deadline. 2. All communications, including submitting questions and offers must be submitted via email to Joseph Dorsey (joseph.dorsey@gsa.gov), with a copy to Stephen Nichols (stephen.nichols@gsa.gov). 3. The Government may determine a competitive range. The Contracting Officer may limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that permit efficient competition amongst the most highly rated proposals. This will be an all or nothing buy. 4. Please see the attached solicitation document for complete details of this RFP.
