- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-12-Q-0010. This action is a re-issue of RFQ SP4707-11-Q-0133. Contractor is to provide the items listed below. Item SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE AMOUNT 0001 Custom Bar Code Printer Label Rolls 1,835 EA For Psion MLP 3040 Portable Printer Actual label size 4" width x 3" Height repeat Yellow flood coat direct thermal Labels on 40# liner. 300 labels per roll on a.75" core. Max OD 2.625. EA = 1 roll Rounded corners with spacing between labels. Overall width cannot exceed 4". Adhesive must adhere below zero and up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. PMS 109 Yellow. Note that Government testing may be required. Offeror must be willing to provide samples at no cost to the Government including shipping. Government expects that the samples will be completely used in testing and will not be returned. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 323119 and the size standard is 500 Employees The resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price. The offeror shall provide a price for the line above. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest overall price and who adheres to the RFQ. Ship to address: HDI Federal Center 74 N.
