Description

Contractor shall provide 24 hour, non-emergency Ambulance Services for beneficiaries of the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2012 with two optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 621910. Size Standard is $7 million. The solicitation package will be available on or about Monday, December 5, 2011. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration). All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
