- The U.S. Department of the Interior - National Business Center intends to sole source OS Base SAS, OS SAS/GRAPH and OS SAS /STAT annual software License renewal to SAS Institute, Inc., SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). This is a follow on requirement to existing licenses. SAS institute is the only known provider of this service. This is a firm-fixed priced contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 and the size standard is 500 employees.No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation; however, interested persons may identify their interest and respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by December 7th, 2011 by 4:30 PM EST. Inquiries will be accepted via email only to Okpemitoritse_U_Onuwaje@NBC.Gov.
