- This is a Revised Sources Sought notice ONLY. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Performance Work Statement is attached and provided for reference. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Polk, Louisiana is seeking industry feedback and comments from all qualified and interested parties for a requirement to perform Personnel / Administrative services on Fort Polk. This contract is projected to have a 1-year base period and two (2), 1-year option periods. The contractor shall provide administrative services including but not limited to ; mail services, military in/out processing, and other military records keeping. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is: 561110. The Government intends to acquire Personnel / Administrative services through issuance of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single contract award. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all personnel, administration, and management. There is anticipated Government Furnished Property. Interested contractors are requested to include the following information in their response: - Business name, address, phone number, POC, email address, DUNS, CAGE code. - Socio-economic category (i.e. HubZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, Small Business) - Minimum of three (3) references of past and/or present projects of same or like services and magnitude, (include details such as administrative services provided, Personnel / Administrative services rendered and dollar value of contract) -Whether or not you hold a Federal Supply Schedule and what type and number. The Government is requesting a copy of the Federal Supply Schedule award held. The Capabilities Statement for this Sources Sought does not constitute an IFB or RFP. It is not a commitment by the U.S. Government to procure services and does not restrict the Government regarding the ultimate acquisition approach which may be taken in the future. No solicitation document exists at this time and the Government will not provide responses to industry relating to information provided. The submission of this information is for Planning Purposes Only. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the sources sought. Responses must be received no later than December 09, 2011 at 10:00 AM, (CST). The respondents to this Sources Sought notice are instructed to e-mail responses to Matthew Wiggins, Contract Specialist at matthew.wiggins2@us.army.mil. NO questions will be entertained. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement and previous workoload data is attached.
