- J&A Justification The government intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source contract pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 6.205. Solicitation number W912JV-12-T-4002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Standard Industrial Code: 5045; NAICS: 423430. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price sole-source contract with GEOSPATIAL INNOVATIONS, INC., on or about 2 January 2012 for seamless integration with Trimble Survey Kits, Trimble handheld GPS, and Trimble GPS receivers with Oregon Air National Guard in Portland, Oregon.
