- Attachment 2- Past Performance Sheet Attachment 1-Wage Determination AG-0109-S-12-0006 The Forest Service has a Haul Fuel Model project, RFQ AG-0109-S-12-0006. This will be a firm fixed price project. This project covers the cost of collecting and analyzing log truck engine computer data, all load information, and important haul route factors for one SE Alaska logging company's timber sales in Calendar Year 2012; developing and testing a log haul fuel consumption model in 2013; and summarizing findings and recommendations in a Final Report (possibly proprietary) by December 31, 2013.
