- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO), Fort Eustis, Va has a requirement for depot level maintenance on the 250-C30R3/M Rolls Royce engine. It is anticipated a combined synopsis/solicitation for this acquisition will be issued on or about 15 December 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336412. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, materials and parts required to inspect, test and repair the engine and all components, accessories and major modules and shall be certified by Rolls Royce to perform this depot level maintenance on the 250-C30R3/M engine. The contractor shall use only FAA approved certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for repairs and overhauls. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.102(b). The period of performance shall be 12 months from the date of award with four option years.
