- Description: ADAPTER ASSEMBLY, LANDING GEAR Approved Source Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. (CAGE 45934) P/N 2012B266A This is a Critical Application Item with Configuration Control. First Piece Production Lot Testing/Inspection apply, CDRL provisions apply. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 119 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1620-01-297-2296, PRs 0041402854 (was 11TJ748), 0042721778 (was 11TQ570), 0043934385 (was 12T3610). Delivery requirement is 540 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
