Amendment 01 This amendment changes and clarifies the original BAA. Amended regions are highlighted in yellow. 1. Section 1.A.3. (Government Provided Foundry Technologies) page 7 is amended to read "The completed BEOL die will be sent by SNL to the performers for electrical characterization." 2. Section 1.C. (Program Timeline) Table 6 (page 14) is amended to correct an error on the Months after Program Start for item 10. The month should be "22" instead of "17."
