Description
Updated SOW November 30, 2011 Updated SOW November 30, 2011 November 30, 2011 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The contractor shall provide all labor and tools required to complete the following tasks: Update the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in buildings 850, 853, and 855 at Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) to interface with the main facility IDS located in building 4301. The installation contractor shall coordinate all tasks with Hill Air Force Base Civil Engineering and IDS POC from the 75 CES/CEOFE, 801-777-0075. Approval for installation has been granted through Civil Engineering via the electronic AF 332 process and the Work Order Review Board (WORB). a. 75 CES Electronics will provide contractor a device schedule that will be strictly adhered to. b. Replace obsolete IDS components and install all devices per Table 1 and Table 2 as required. c. Update fiber optic line from building 850 to building 501, then from building 501 to building 1701 and from building 1701 to building 4301. This includes the installation of 12 strand, single mode fiber optic cable, fiber interduct, 1" HDPE, patch panels and termination of the fiber optic. (reference schematic drawings, attached) d. Install Vindicator IDS panel in building 850 equipment room. e. Identify and provide a dedicated 120 VAC circuit to new panel. f. Remove the Security Command XR200 security panel from building 850 equipment room and reroute all conduits to new IDS panel location. g. Remove existing PIR devices and all wiring from conduits. h. Utilizing nearest 42 gang box, install ½" EMT to each personnel door and overhead door. i. Pull new (2 each) 18/2 and 18/4 OAS, 18/2 for BMS', 18/4 for motion sensors. j. Utilize existing conduit from building 855 to 853. k. Install ¾" EMT through building 853 to IDS panel. l. Pull 18/2 and 18/4 OAS from panel to building 853. m. Install one 360 degree and two BMS' in building 855. n. Install keypads. o. Test each device.
