- The Fleet Logistics Center, Groton Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Eaton Filtration, LLC dealer Manufacturer's Distributor, Inc. for three (3) strainer: Simplex 2 inch Model Number ST0720200FIC, Duplex 6 inch Model ST0500600F11C and Duplex 3 inch Model Number ST053030BF11TS. This purchase will be done under simplified acquistions procudures FAR Part 13 and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 09 December 2012; this notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
