- Solicitation Packet The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, KS is issuing solicitation RFQP04081200002, for the requirements of: USP Leavenworth 2nd Q FY 12 Subsistence. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 9, 2012 and must be received no later than January 20, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary,1300 Metropolitan Ave, Leavenworth, KS. Any contract awarded will be a firm fixed price type. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All information regarding this solicitation will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be distributed. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 20, 2011 by 17:00 hrs, Central Standard Time.
