- This amendment is issued to provide the following clarification note. AMENDMENT 01 Clarification Note: The majority of the services anticipated under this contract will be Cost Engineering Services, but Value Engineering Services are also required. A certified value specialist (CVE) certified by SAVE International shall perform the required Value Engineering Services. The Value Engineering Services may be performed by the prime contractor or a sub-consultant. For this Sources Sought Notice the certified value specialist information is not a requirement. The response submittal date is revised to no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, December 15, 2011. The amended Sources Sought Synopsis announcement is attached.
