- DRAFT Performance Work Statement A pre-proposal conference (Site Visit) has been scheduled for 14 December 2011, from 0900 to 1300, at the Rocket Science Center (RSC), 9 East Antares Road, Edwards AFB, CA, 93505. This address is located on the Air Force Research Laboratory site. Please submit the names of all attendees, not to exceed two (2), to Jenny L. Meadlin at jenny.meadlin@edwards.af.mil prior to 12 December 2011. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and to ensure adequate seating for conference attendees. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be released prior to the Site Visit. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been provided as a courtesy, the final PWS will be issued with the RFP.
