- BSM PR 0043213300. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-383-7989, Belt, Aircraft Safety, IAW Conax Florida (CAGE62323) part number 920005-3. The quantity requested is 288 units with a 100% quantity option. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection and Acceptance is required. Requested delivery is 150 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 16, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 17, 2012.
