- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-49. The applicable NAICS code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates a contract to purchase one hundred and two (102) Accelerometers P/N 2118-354 NSN 6610-01-183-4470. Items proposed must meet all size, fit, and performance standards of the referenced part numbers. All parts shall be delivered to the Special Operations Force Support Activity Blue Grass Station, Lexington, KY. Anticipated delivery of items is ten (10) Accelerometers per month with the first delivery to be three (3) months after contract award; however, an earlier delivery date is desired. FOB and Acceptance/Inspection is at origin by a Government quality assurance representative (QAR), unless otherwise stated. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement, however this list is not all inclusive: FAR 52.211-15, Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Offerors are instructed to complete this section and return with their price list, unless it is available on-line as implemented under ORCA (On-line Representations and Certifications Application)); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to 52.203-6, 52.204-10, 52.209-6, 52.209-10, 52.219-19, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222.35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-40, 52.222-54, 52.223-18, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.222-51) ; 252.211.7003, Item Identification and Valuation; 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to 52.203-3, 252.203-7000, 252.225-7001, 252.225.7012, 252.226-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023). All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to receive a contract award. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DO-A1. Proposals are due 16 December 2011, by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
