- RFQ Packet The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, KS intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQP04081200004, for the requirements of: 2ndd Quarter Dairy FY 12. This solicitation competition is unrestricted, FOB Destination, with a delivery period of January 1, 2012 -March 31, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, 1300 Metropolitan Ave, Leavenworth, KS. Any contract awarded will be a firm fixed price type. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 15, 2011 by 17:00 hrs, Central Standard Time.
