- The US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, APG, MD 21005 has a requirement to obtain Preventative Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) Labels that can be applied directly to Enhanced Small Arms Protective Inserts (ESAPI)/ X Small Arms Protective Inserts (XSAPI) and Enhanced Side Ballistics Inserts (ESBI). This requirement is in support of Product Manager Soldier Protective Equipment (PM SPE), Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The PMCS Labels shall be 5 inches by 3 inches, be durable, include an over laminate, and meet all the specifications as outlined in the solicitation. A completed sample label is required to be submitted with each offerors proposal. The estimated quantity of PCMS Labels required is approximately 1,200,000.00 each. Required Delivery is 60 days after date of award. The Government anticipates soliciting the requirement as a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System code 323110 - Commercial Lithographic Printing. Solicitation W91CRB-12-T-0010 will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website on or about 19 December 2011. Interested parties may respond to this notice by close of business on 12 December 2011. Responses shall be sent electronically to Lisa J. Yamakawa at lisa.j.yamakawa.civ@mail.mil.
