- Description
- Single award term contract in each of three categories for Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service, Atlanta, GA. Beginning January 1, 2012, and ending December 31, 2012 with four possible options years. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of face only or face and back forms requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Category 1: Approximately 115 orders per year; Category 2: approximately 30 orders per year; Category 3: approximately 5 to approximately 10 orders per year. QUANTITY: Category 1: 1,000 to 49,999 copies per order; Category 2: 50,000 to 499,999 copies per order; Category 3: 500,000 to 9,999,999 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Usually 2 pages, though some orders will require multi-part sets, 2 - 6 parts to set. TRIM SIZE: 1-3/4' x 2-3/8' up to 8-1/2' x 11'. Deliver f.o.b. contractor's city to addresses furnished with the individual print orders. Complete production and delivery is required within 5 to 19 workdays (regular schedule) with an accelerated schedule requiring shipment in 3 to 4 workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued. Target date for availability is December 12, 2011.
