- The Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a one year extension of the requirements contract W56HZV-07-D-A001 for the All Terrain Lifting Army System (ATLAS II) on a sole source basis to JLG Corporation, CAGE 1YHH8, 1 JLG Drive, McConnellsburg, PA 17233. ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with JLG Corporation, as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, for fulfillment of this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, or a solicitation of offers.
