- This is a sole source announcement. The Government intends to award thisrequirement on a sole source basis to Harris Corporation. This requirement is for SSC-Charleston, St. Juliens Creekdetachment located in Portsmouth, Virginia. Delivery is expected by 22February 2012 to the Warehouse of BAE Systems, Inc., 821 Live Oak Drive,Chesapeake, Virginia 23320-2601, C/O Milano Trimarchi.
