- The Enterprise Financial Systems Division (ESC/HIQ) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH, is conducting market research to determine viable options to maintain and sustain the Automated Project Order System (APO), with emphasis on experience in migrating systems from one platform to another in order to minimize the IT footprint. The contract vehicle will include software maintenance, sustainment, and modification of the APO, provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk support, and migration support. A description of the APO is provided in Attachment 1. Interested sources should provide a capabilities package (see instructions below). This is a SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION SYNOPSIS. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), but instead is a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential options or sources. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. It is not the intention of the Government to enter into a contract based on this notice, or to otherwise pay for information that is submitted. If the Government decides to contract for this effort, a request will be issued at a later date.
