Description
DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 15 December 2011, for the following items listed below. The NAICS codes for these items are: 334515, 33412, 335931 and 334419. The proposed contract type is 5-year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ). Test Set, Computer TX-3920C/ASM, P/N 05-0330-07, NSN 6625-01-529-3346, 5 year best estimated quantity is 38 each. UX Validator, Tester, P/N 03-1217-02, NSN 6625-01-549-5996, 5 year best estimated quantity is 10 each. Stab Amp E2E Brain Pack 3, P/N 02-0819-08, NSN 5998-01-552-3973, 5 year best estimated quantity is 10 each. SAS2 ICD, P/N 04-1108-60, NSN 5995-01-551-8498, 5 year best estimated quantity is 5 each. Stab Amp ICD, P/N 05-0825-50, NSN 5995-01-552-3964, 5 year best estimated quantity is 10 each. Series 1 Pod Adapter Set, P/N 10-0210-01, NSN 4920-01-585-8590, 5 year best estimated quantity is 140 each. TS-3920 C/ASM Upgrade Kit, P/N 06-0301-50, NSN 4920-01-585-8597, 5 year best estimated quantity is 30 each. These items are manufactured by Ultrax, Inc. (Cage: 07PR7). Ultrax, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and they own the technical drawings for these parts. Potential offerors must be able to supply the items, to provide proof of acceptance tests for item performance, and to meet or exceed the Government's delivery requirement for the items. This RFP will be issued unrestricted. The Offeror's proposal shall be submitted electronically via the AFSI. Files shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in proposals is prohibited.
