- This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB206512-92X696 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334419 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: AMPLIFIER ASSY PN: ADA-1008-004 Qty: 12 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: An urgent requirement exists in the 567111 Electronics Maintenance Squadron for the purchase of twelve amplifiers for the production of enditems on the BIB RF/CCA. Microsemi RF Integrated Solutions (0S5P0), Folsom, California, is the only vendor that can provide the amplifiers. The amplifiers are used in repair of the BIB RF/CCA. Without new amplifiers the BIB RF/CCA cannot be made serviceable thus resulting in a work stoppage on the DATSA system. According to recent procurement the current replacement percentage of amplifier is approximately fifty percent. In an effort to remove or overcome barriers to competition in the future the market will be scanned for new companies that could satisfy the government's requirements. Where possible, the government will make future requirement descriptions suitable for full and open competition. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 31 May 2012. Quotations should be emailed to "kathryn.driskell@robins.af.mil" NLT 12 December 2011, 4:00 p.m. EST. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE: 31 May 2012.
