- This announcement is associated with previous notices under W9113M-10-R-0015 and W9113M-11-R-0015. These solicitation numbers have been replaced by solicitation number W9113M-12-R-0015. Please refer to the new number for any postings. This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for a single award type contract to satisfy the requirements that fall within the Statement of Objectives (SOO) entitled U.S. Army Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) Block 2 Pre-Planned Product Improvement (P3I), version 2.2, dated Nov 1, 2011. This IS NOT a formal solicitation or a request for proposal or offer. The government intends to negotiate, on a full and open competition basis, to fulfill this requirement. All questions and comments to this DRAFT RFP shall be submitted electronically on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI)/Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps)within fifteen (15) days from the publication date of this notice. The response date shown on this announcment is Jan 31, 2012, which is for archival purposes only. Only questions posted on ASFI/FBO will be answered. Requests for access to the classified Offeror's Library should be emailed to the POC listed in this notice. No phone calls will be accepted.
