- Modification No. 1 to Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on November 23, 2011, is hereby modified as follows: Applicable responses to questions and requests for information received as of November 30, 2011, are provided below: 1.Information on the incumbent contractor is as follows: Contract No. C8078080173Contractor: Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc. (originally awarded to Engineering Solutions, Inc. who was acquired by Kennedy Jenks in 2010)Address: 303 2nd St. Suite 300S, San Francisco, CA 94107 (also a local Hawaii office) 2.Where will most of the work take place (Hawaii or Northern Marianas)? There will likely be more work for Hawaii than Northern Marianas. 3.Is most of the work civil/environmental in nature? The IDIQ contract is intended to be mainly for civil/environmental work, but the team proposed must be able to comprehensively provide all the required disciplines and perform work for all the locations specified. 4.Response Date of January 9, 2012, remains unchanged.
