- Title: USDA is interested in a lease for approximately 6,137 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF in Orange County NY that is within the delineated area described herein DESCRIPTION The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Orange County in the city of Middletown, NY that will be expiring. The Government is in leasing approximately 6,800 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,137 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) of first class, high quality contiguous office space. DELINEATED AREA Rt 208 on the east, by Rt 8 to Rt 207 to Rt 17M on the south, by Rt 17M to Co Rt 78 to Ingrassia Rd to Rt 302, to VanBurenville Rd on the west by Rt 17K to Rt 208 on the north. A detailed map of the delineated area boundaries is available by contacting the individual listed below. REQUIREMENT - 10 year term OTHER REQUIREMENTS - 40 on-site paved surface parking spaces - Preference will be given to first floor space - Space must be contiguous - Specific Information Technology requirements OCCUPANCY Occupancy is required by 4/1/2012. Expression of interest must be received by the contact no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. on April 1, 2012 and should include the following information: - Building name, address and location of the available space - Rentable square feet available and expected full service rental rate - ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet, to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. - Date of Space Availability - Method of rentable space measurement - Building ownership information - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. - Amount of parking available on-site - Contact information for owners or authorizing agent
