- NSN: 5365-01-450-3492, Inner Arm, used primarily on the 58N C-130 Hercules. One approved source listed as Sargent Fletcher, CAGE: 72429, P/N: 149C5049-3. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 52 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment applies to this procurement, with a Monthly Wartime Rate (MWR) of 10 EA. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and ONE one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 642 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 161 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 161 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 642 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 2,658 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 12/16/2011. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
