- HERBICIDE TREATMENT AT RAYSTOWN LAKE PROJECT, PENNSYLVANIA SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 115310 size standard of $7.0 Million. C ontractor shall be required to perform all work including duties at recreation areas and non-public use areas located throughout the Raystown Lake Project. Areas to be serviced under this contract are located along the 28 mile length of Raytown Lake. The contractor will be required to perform the required services of this contract at each area according to the schedule provided in Section 5.0 All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to colette.b.day@usace.army.mil Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 01 December 2011, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
