- Section L - Instruction to Offerors (1 Dec 2011) FA8606-11-R-6369 Amendment 0001 The Aeronautical Systems Center's (ASC) Deployable Oxygen Generation System - Small (DOGS-S) Program Office, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, is releasing an Amendment 0001 to the solicitation for the DOGS-S Program. Amendment 0001 adjusts the proposal receipt date from 22 December 2011 by 12:00 PM EST to 3 January 2012 by 12:00 PM EST. This amendment also includes updates to Section L (Instruction to Offerors). All RFP sections not identified within this amendment remain unchanged.
