- Description
- The purpose of this announcement is to advertise DLA's intention to add the NSN below onto commercial contract SPM7LX-11-D-0088 and SPM7LX-11-D-0089. These contracts contain clause DLAD 52.216-9006 - ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS. The scope of these contracts initially included a group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2620 meeting Performance Specification MIL-PRF-5041K and MIL-PRF-5041-32. This NSN falls within that scope and there will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to contract with only approved manufacturers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This item will be procured in accordance with MIL-PRF-5041. The approved QPL 5041-32 sources are Goodyear 04NP4 P/N 461B-3792-TL and Michelin 0A1K8 P/N M07707. The annual demand quantity is 7,372. This quantity is derived from replacement of two other aircraft NSNs 2620-01-490-0713 and 2620-01-316-7075. The original procurement was a 2 year base with one year option. The unit of issue is each. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
