- The Bureau of Reclamation, Albuquerque Area Office, through the Upper Colorado Regional Office, has a requirement for reviewing and abstracting basin water rights and acquisition assistance. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. R12PS43005 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted shortly after transmission of this synopsis. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
