- Past Performance Questionnaire RFP Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Technical Project Management Support for DLA Information Operations at Richmond (J6R): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-12-R-0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. For applicable clauses and provisions, refer to RFP. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) Code is 541611. The small business size standard is 7M. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. This is a firm-fixed price contract for one base period with two option periods. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items and options must be submitted with the proposal. Awards will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process as stated in the solicitation. This requirement is to provide Technical Project Management Support for DLA Information Operations at Richmond (J6R ) located in Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The Contractor shall provide support to J6R project lead including routine production support and project management activities such as initial identification of the recommended/required task; completion of a work breakdown structure and development of a risk management plan as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Refer to attached Performance Work Statement for further details. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register prior to submitting your proposal. In addition, the contractor must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award. If not already registered in ORCA, go to https:// orca. bpn. gov / to register prior to submitting your quote. Proposals or inquiries are due on December 30, 2011, 5:00 PM, EST.
