- Interested parties are advised that a draft of the solicitation for the small business set-aside portion of the BioWatch SETA requirement has been released on FedBizOpps. To review the draft and obtain additional details about the requirement, including the anticipated date and time for an industry day, please link to the following web address: https://www.fbo.gov/spg/DHS/OCPO/DHS-OCPO/HSHQDC-12-R-00007/listing.html. A draft of the solicitation for the full and open portion is anticipated to be released in the second quarter of FY12. The Government anticipates holding a separate industry day for the full and open portion following release of a draft solicitation. The anticipated final solicitation issuance date for the full and open portion is unknown and DHS makes no representation that a final solicitation will be issued or that a contract award will result from the solicitation (if issued).
