- This is amendment is being posted to notify all interested offerors that the solicitation for this requirement will be available for download on or before December 15, 2011. This solicitation is further amended to correct information in the original Presolicitation notice as posted on October 27, 2011. Correction to previous posted information is as follows: This requirement is being procured pursuant to FAR 15 and 36. The Source Selection process will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. All technical evaluation factors are equally important and will be rated on a GO, NO-GO basis.
