- The AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland, AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) to assemble and deliver a Test-POD in support of the Innovative NanoSat Experimental Series (INXS). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated Award date is on or about 12 December 2011. The NAICS Code is 611310, and the Size Standard is $7.0 million.
